The Kenya Society of Professional Co-operators (KSPC) is now the Institute of Certified Co-operative Professionals – Kenya (ICCP-K).
We are pleased to inform you that following the resolution passed during our June 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), the Kenya Society of Professional Co-operators (KSPC) has officially rebranded to the Institute of Certified Co-operative Professionals – Kenya (ICCP-K).
This change was formally adopted during our Annual General Meeting (AGM) in June 2025, aligning our identity with other professional bodies in Kenya while maintaining our core mandate of registering, developing, and regulating cooperative professionals to uphold excellence in the cooperative sector.
What Has Changed?
- New Name: Institute of Certified Co-operative Professionals – Kenya (ICCP-K)
- New Website: https://iccp.or.ke
- Enhanced Professional Recognition: The rebranding reinforces our mandate to register, develop, and regulate cooperative professionals with greater credibility and international alignment.
This change, which was unanimously endorsed during our Annual General Meeting in June 2025, aligning our identity with other professional bodies in Kenya while maintaining our core mandate.
While our name and website have evolved, our mandate remains the same – to promote excellence, professionalism, and capacity building within the co-operative sector.

Welcome to Kenya Society of Professional Cooperators, now ICCP-K
Kenya Society of Professional Co-operators (KSPC) is a membership based non profit making organization. The society was established in the year 2017 and its registered under the Section 10 of the Societies Act CAP. 108 as a professional Body. The general mandate of KSCP is to register, develop and regulate cooperative professionals.
The Kenya Society of Professional Co-operators (KSPC) changed to the Institute of Certified Co-operative Professionals – Kenya (ICCP-K) in June 2025.
